Developed in the early 1990s, Spaulding Farm is named for the original Spaulding family farm. 353 custom-built, traditional homes grace lots with sizes ranging from over 1/3 acre to several acres. Home sizes range from 3000 to 7000 square feet. The community has a central community complex which includes a club house (built in 2010), work-out facility, (3) pools, pool-side cabana, tennis courts (r

ebuilt in mid-2012) and a playground area. The clubhouse, pool and cabana are all available to our residents for rental. Spaulding Farm has numerous community-oriented clubs for both children and adults that include: swimming, tennis, gardening, card playing, men's events, ladies coffee and books. There are also seasonal and holiday events sponsored by the community throughout the year and open to all residents. Safety is a high priority, with Spaulding Farm HOA keeping local police paid to monitor the neighborhood both day and night. Public Schools include:
Oakview Elementary, a national blue ribbon school, which is within walking distance (just outside one of our three entrances.) Mann High School

Greenville also has several magnet, charter, parochial and other private schools very near Spaulding Farm.
