“When my husband and I began to plan our elopement, we were at a loss for who would officiate such a special and private ceremony. When I was discussing my dilemma with Sable at a KD alumnae event, she quickly volunteered that she was a notary and would be happy to officiate. It immediately felt like the right fit!” shared Emily.

Sable not only officiated Emily’s wedding, but made the intimate ceremony even more special by being part of such a meaningful moment in her friend’s life. Emily also carried a little piece of Kappa Delta with her down the aisle, including both her and her mom’s Kappa Delta pins on her wedding bouquet.

“It was so nice to celebrate and include friends. The Kappa Delta circle we are a part of is a deep bond that few can understand. Sable made our ceremony beautiful, and I am so glad she and I will always share this memory.”

From an alumnae event to a wedding ceremony, Kappa Delta has a way of bringing sisters into the moments that matter most. 💚 Sisterhood for life!

Kinda chic to have sisters who make life better. 💚

September is International Women’s Friendship Month, and we’re celebrating the friendships that make our Kappa Delta sisterhood so special. 💚

The friendships that start in college. The friendships you find years later. The friends who become your people, and the sisters who show up through every season of life.

Because friendship doesn’t have an expiration date, and it’s never too late to find your people. 🫶

🎯 The goal? Raise at least $1,000 in donations and school supplies to help students start the year strong!
