Well, our third year at Arcanum Middle and High School is done. What a great year!. All the kids did great. What amazing enthusiasm they have for preventing Bullying and Dating Violence. Have a safe and wonderful summer.

We just finished our S.T.A.R. program at Arcanum High School. What a great time! There were some really great questions and interactions. Looking forward to next year.

We will be at Arcanum Middle school today with our S.T.A.R. program(students talking about relationships) in their seventh grade health class. Always an exiting time to see what they say and how they think about dating violence.

As you can see, other than our main Help S.S.A.R.A. logo, the Phoenix logo is very important to us. It symbolizes the rebirth and new life from the ashes of the past. All of us have it within ourselves the strength and power to go forward even in fear. All we need is guidence and support to give us the confidence and self-esteem to do it. This is the essence of Help S.S.A.R.A..

Well, We are once again at Arcanum High School/Middle School, teaching dating violence awareness and self defense. And it is going great. We are also excited to share new ideas with our new friends at Warrior Strength Workouts/Amagdela LLC. We look for great things to come in the near future. Keep posted.
