What a time was had during the Washington County Alcorn Alumni Chapter Annual Picnic today! The love, Alcorn pride, and the fellowship were radiating throughout the pavilion! Thanks to every Alcornite from near and far for participating in the annual picnic and the overwhelming support!

Specials thanks to Earl Gordon (wife Gwen)-grill master, all chapter members, new alumni( Alcorn graduates, class of 2026), and current Alcorn students, and the students that graduated throughout Washington County in the class of 2026 and will be attending the university this fall for bringing items and the love, participation, and support!!

Happy 94th Birthday to our chapter’s oldest alumnus, Mr. Davis Weathersby! The alumni, students, their parents, and families shoutout Mr. Weathersby with the happy birthday song and well wishes!!

This upcoming recruitment night event is opened to all high school juniors and seniors and community college students looking to transfer. Parents and guardians are welcome.

New to this annual recruitment event, the alumni chapter is inviting any person that attended Alcorn previously and has not been enrolled in a college or university in the past two years to attend. There is a special program for you!!

Alcorn Admissions Department will be in attendance.
