I was blessed to participate in the "Pink Day" at Berea First Baptist Church this morning. A satellite of Faith and Support Ministry is hosted at Berea First Baptist Church thanks to Mrs. Sandra Owens. She leads a group that prepares out pillows, personal care bags and our prayer quilts for inclusion in our Cancer Care Bags. At the October Sewing Day for Faith and Supports Ministry, we were blessed to have some ladies from the Women Construction Forum join us. They participated as part of their Fall Service project. It was great to have them join us and hopefully they will be able to join us again soon.

What an amazing day for Faith and Support Ministry!! We were blessed to be asked to participate in Reach Week at 5 Point Church in Easley. We had a great group to volunteer and they were AMAZING! They did a ton of work for us including cutting patterns, laying out pillows, sewing pillows, stuffing and finishing pillows. They also put together some of our bags, preparing them for delivery. A huge THANK YOU to all who volunteered. I am humbled and blessed by all of you. Thank you 5 Point Church for the opportunity to be a part I’d Reach Week.

Faith and Support Ministry was blessed to have this video made for Trehel Corporation by Hughes Agency. I am very proud of our ministry and this AMAZING group of volunteers who put their heart and soul into volunteering each month for OUR ministry.

Faith and Support Ministry was blessed to have our very first ministry sewing day at Berea First Baptist Church on June 28, 2025. A huge thank you to Berea First Baptist Church, Sandra Owens and Jim Cagle for putting this together. This group will be meeting regularly at the church to produce products for our Faith and Support care bags. If you are interested in joining this group, please contact me at [email protected].

On Friday, June 6, 2025, Trehel Corporation sponsored a Spring Community Service Project by partnering with Faith and Support Ministry to sew and assemble care bags for breast cancer patients. We had a total of 24 participants including Trehel Employees and some of their family members. A huge shout out to all who participated.

Today is National Cancer Survivors Day. It is a day to recognize cancer survivors, bring attention to the ongoing challenges cancer survivors face and celebrate life.

I am truly thankful to God for bringing me through my cancer journey.

Faith and Support Ministry is blessed to now be partnering with Gibbs Cancer Center to provide our care bags to their patients. We are now supporting both their Highway 14 location and their Spartanburg location.
