Isuzu is already showing up for its new hometown. đźš’

Last week, the Isuzu Commercial Truck of America team joined South Greenville Fire District for a traditional push-in ceremony to welcome a new Isuzu N-Gas truck into the Augusta Road station. The truck will carry equipment for the department's community education programs, from fire prevention and CPR training to water safety and children's programs, just in time for Fire Prevention Month.

As Isuzu builds its $280 million assembly plant just down the road, set to open in 2027 with 700+ jobs, it's clear the company is invested in more than its operations here. It's invested in the people around it.

Anyone who's worked with Tavia knows this one is well deserved. As our Vice President of Economic Development, she's spent two decades helping bring new jobs and investment to Greenville County, and she does it with a warmth and positive attitude that make everyone around her better. We're lucky to have her on our team.

Congratulations to our President & CEO, Max Stewart on being named a Riley Fellow through Furman University's Riley Institute Diversity Leaders Initiative (DLI)!

Housed at the Riley Institute for Public Policy & Civic Leadership at Furman, DLI brings together established leaders from across South Carolina to build the skills needed to lead diverse teams and communities more effectively.
