Silence has never protected anyone. For too long, girls have faced pain and confusion alone.
Because, In many parts of the world, women’s health is still seen as taboo, something not to be talked about, something to be endured in silence.
Because of that, too many young girls face discomfort, infections, and even disease on their own, without the right guidance or education.
But that’s changing. 🌱

With the continuous support of organizations like .cd we’re reaching more young girls. Providing them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to care for their bodies with dignity.

It may be hard to believe from where we stand, but this is the reality for many across the world.
No one should ever have to receive medical care in such conditions.

I will never forget this moment. On our most recent mission trip, we met someone who wasn’t on our list to see that day, wasn’t in our plans, but very much in God’s. It was last-minute, unexpected, but something in us said, go.
When he shared that he had been praying for help, and that he felt those prayers were finally answered, I couldn’t hold back the tears. It was overwhelming to realize that we had been used as instruments to bring him comfort and care in that very moment.
Sometimes we think helping has to come with a big sign or an overwhelming feeling, but often it’s just a gentle nudge in your heart.
My encouragement to you is: don’t ignore it. Follow it. Even when it’s small, even when it’s inconvenient. Because great things happen when we simply say yes.🌍💛

But remember, it’s more than just a one-day effort. The Well Projects collaborates with local partners, builds bridges with the communities we visit, and nurtures relationships that last long after the trip is over. 🌍

✨Dr.L here 👋🏽 with a gentle reminder: health is the greatest wealth we can possess. If you are healthy, you are rich. Yet for many communities around the world, even the most basic healthcare is out of reach.

This is just a small glimpse of what we’ve been able to accomplish thanks to YOUR generosity, encouragement, and donations.
Together, we’re proving that even the smallest acts of kindness can ripple across borders. ✨

With .cd every step of the way, providing free HPV and cervical cancer screenings, educating women and young girls, and distributing menstrual cups donated by 💕

This is only the beginning. Sang Tabou will continue the work by raising awareness and teaching young girls about prevention, menstrual hygiene, and how to care for their bodies.
On our part, we’ve brought back labs to test here. For those who test positive, treatment and support will be needed. Yes, procedures, medications, and even chemo that can be very costly.
We’re committed to walking alongside these women, but we can’t do it alone. With your donations and support, this mission continues far beyond the trip. 🌍💜

It was a long time coming. Weeks of planning, prayers, and preparation went into this mission trip to the DC. None of it would have been possible without the many hands and hearts involved.
From friends and family, to those who found us through Instagram, Facebook, and shared our stories and posts🙏🏽
You gave, you encouraged, you believed in this work.
Your donations carried us across oceans, into hospitals, and into the lives people who need hope and support.

During this chapter of our mission, we had the privilege of partnering with .cd
Together, we offered free cervical cancer screenings and shared vital education with women of all ages, opening the door to conversations that empowered women to take charge of their health.

Thanks to the generous donations we received, we were able to distribute menstrual cups!
🫶🏽
Gifts that not only meet a practical need but also restore dignity and offer a sustainable solution for years to come.

We will return from this partnership with hearts full and a renewed commitment to continue this work. We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of .cd Pastor and of course, every single one of you who contributed to this mission. Together with The Well Projects, this chapter reminds us of the power of community, compassion, and collaboration. 🤝🏽🌍

This is the reality we’ve witnessed here in the DRC. 🕊️

We have listened to stories of pain and resilience. We have prayed with patients, held their hands, and shed tears with them.

Every member of The Well Projects team has offered what support they can, but the need is so much greater.
This mission is more than screenings, vaccines, or supplies. It’s about restoring dignity in places where the most basic comforts of care are missing.

Not everyone can make this trip. But every single person can be a part of the impact. By sharing these stories, by spreading awareness, by giving what you can, you are stepping into this mission with us. 🤝🏽

Together, we can help write a different story for these hospitals, for these patients, for this community. 💙
