Wisconsin Blue Star Mothers Chapter 1 We are mothers that have children who are serving or have served in the Military.

Our members are mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers, foster mothers and female legal guardians who currently have a son/daughter serving in any branch of the military or a son/daughter that has been honorably discharged. We also welcome associate members—fathers, siblings, grandfathers, relatives and friends of those serving or having served. We exist to provide support and encouragement to our tro

ops, veterans and their families. We send care packages to troops, support local veterans’ organizations, attend send-off/welcome ceremonies and participate in local community events. We also provide support and guidance to those who have lost their loved one serving our Country.

So honored to be part of the Homecoming for the 127th yesterday. We had some very Dedicated Blue Star Mothers waiting until 12:40 this morning to welcome home the last of the deployed.

💙 Military moms understand a life that many others simply cannot fully relate to.

They understand the worry during deployments, the pride during homecomings, the silence after difficult phone calls, and the strength it takes to smile through uncertainty.

That is why military moms need each other.

Sometimes it is not about having all the answers. Sometimes it is simply knowing someone else understands the emotions, sacrifices, and realities that come with loving a service member.

Within Blue Star Mothers, friendships are built through shared experiences, late night conversations, care package packing, tears, laughter, and standing together during both the difficult and joyful moments.

No military mom should ever feel alone on this journey. There is strength in connection, comfort in understanding, and healing in knowing others are walking beside you. 🇺🇸
