It is fair week!!!!!!! Starting on the morning of Thursday August 20th you can begin bringing your rabbits and supplies in for the 2026 fair! Cages will be assigned and labeled by the barn secretary by this time.
A couple of things to remember about show/tack boxes, chairs, and canopies outside.
1) Show boxes should be no longer than 48". Please limit to 1 show/tack box per family.
2) Please minimize space between show/tack boxes. We have an increased number of exhibitors and families in the barn, and we need to try to accommodate all of us. This means please do not place items to the sides of your boxes only behind.
3) If you are storing your supplies and/or carrying cages under the cages please make sure that they are all labeled with your name and have them pushed completely underneath and not protruding into the aisle ways to prevent the creation of tripping hazards and damage to your possessions.
4) If you wish to have a canopy outside of the barn they are limited to one 12' x 12' canopy per club. These canopies must be weighted down and out of parking spaces and fire lanes. There are to be no canopies on the East or West ends of the barn.
5) During shows in the barn all possessions MUST be behind the lines, this includes chairs. This is to allow ample room for the Jr. Fair exhibitors to maneuver through the barn and to the show ring safely with their animals.
Schedules, show orders, and reminders throughout the week will be posted in the barn.
