Last Wednesday, these Summer Day Camp all-stars enjoyed a special Pancake Breakfast with CEO Sam Franklin, volunteers, and friends of the Y.
 
By demonstrating Safety, staying On-task, Accountability, and Respect (SOAR) all week long, they earned the honor of being the cainehalterymca first Huddle Group of the Week winners of the summer. 🌟

RECESS Teen Summer Day Camp is off to a great start! 🎉
 
This week is Science Week, and today campers got to make their own homemade butter and ice cream. It was a fun (and delicious) way to see science in action.
 
Campers are also collecting canned goods for a summer food drive in partnership with Eastminster Presbyterian Church. We’re grateful for their partnership and for opening their doors to our RECESS teens this summer!
