Front of the Line for Heroes Front of the Line for Heroes foundation was created in memory of John Paul Alonzo Granger, EMT LODD Our Mission: Recognize and celebrate those who serve others.

Our Purpose: This Foundation will be a resource for EMS first responders by creating awareness that promotes and supports a positive work-life balance, health & wellness, and self-care practices. The Team: Laura Granger has served in the healthcare industry for over 20 years in various positions including direct patient care roles, and currently serves as a Regional Vice President of Human Resourc

As the Foundation's Executive Director and Certified Wellness Specialist, Laura's primary responsibilities are to plan, organize, and create programs that support EMS Front Line Heroes.
