Early voting begins Monday, October 19 for the November 3 General Election. Registered voters can visit any early voting center in their county. Centers are open Monday-Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. through October 31 and closed Sunday, October 25.

Where would your penny actually go?

Greenville County is holding a series of public meetings on the proposed penny sales tax for roads, greenways, and transit. This is your chance to get the facts straight from officials before you vote.

If passed, the 1% sales tax would fund:

🛣️ 90% — road maintenance & improvements
🌳 7% — greenway projects
🚌 3% — public transit

Quick gut check: when's the last time you actually looked at your voter registration?

Addresses change, names change, registrations get flagged, and you don't want to find out there's an issue when you're standing at the polls. It takes 2 minutes to check: look for the green "Registered and Ready to Vote" banner.

Registration deadline for the November election is October 2 (in person) and October 4 (online). Don't wait!

We've been fighting for equality as a League since 1920. It was the same year Women's Equality Day marks, when the certification of the 19th Amendment gave women the vote 106 years ago.

The fight's gone on ever since, and it continues today every time we register a voter, defend the ballot, or show up at the polls.

It’s always a good idea to verify your polling place before heading out to vote. Runoff election is August 25, with early voting August 19-21.

The U.S. Senate Special Republican Primary will proceed to a runoff on Tuesday, August 25.

Early voting for the runoff will be available Wednesday, August 19 through Friday, August 21 from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
