Questions Every Leader Should Ask (Part 1)

Biblical leadership is about investing in the leaders of tomorrow.

In 2 Timothy 2:2, Paul challenges Timothy to pass on what he has learned to faithful people who will teach others. As leaders, we have a responsibility to intentionally develop others who will continue the work long after us.

Leadership Challenge: Who are you intentionally investing in as a developing leader?

👉 Take a moment to identify someone you can encourage, mentor, or equip this week, and share one way you’re investing in the next generation of leaders.
