All for One Ministries (A41) is a Christ-centered, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 2014 in Greensburg, Indiana. Mission: To glorify God through a unified community of believers. If we take a look at the early church in the book of Acts, all were one in Christ. We beli

eve that this is a miss in the modern church – not just in Decatur County, but across the world. At A41, we believe that something beautiful happens with brothers and sisters in Christ link arms for His glory. Our vision is to see Christ followers from all denominations come together to worship, serve, and give back to our community.

Behind every ministry opportunity is someone who chose to say “yes” to the mission.

This week, we’re honored to introduce Chris and Valerie Stephen, one of our faithful Kingdom Builders.

When we asked why they partner with All for One Ministries, they shared:

Meet Our New Board Member: Matthew Metz 🤎

We’re excited to introduce Matthew Metz as one of the newest members of the All for One board!

Matthew and his wife, Emily, have been married for 11 years and are raising four children: Landon, Mattison, Leiana, and Lilian. Family is a big part of Matthew’s life, as is serving the community around him.

Matthew has pastored Heritage Bible Community Church for the past 10 years, while also owning and operating his own lawn care business. His passion for serving others extends throughout the community. He has taught Connect Classes at The Branch, served as an All for One mentor, regularly taught chapel at Good Shepherd, and been involved in many other community ministry opportunities through his church.

Now, Matthew is bringing that same heart for people to the All for One board. 🤎

When asked what excites him about joining the board, Matthew shared that he’s excited to be part of what All for One is doing to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. He hopes to see our community experience the love of Jesus and the abundant life He gives.

We’re grateful for Matthew’s heart for people, his passion for serving, and his desire to see our community thrive. We’re excited to have him join the All for One board!

Meet Our New Board Member: Suzi Johannigman 🤎

We’re excited to introduce Suzi Johannigman as one of the newest members of the All for One board!

A lifelong Greensburg resident, Suzi graduated from North Decatur High School in 2000 before beginning her career in nursing. After working as a Registered Nurse for 10 years, she returned to graduate school and has now been a Family Nurse Practitioner for more than 12 years. She currently works in family practice at Margaret Mary Health in Batesville.

Suzi and her husband, Bob, are high school sweethearts and have one son, Cale, who is studying Construction Management at Purdue University. Together, Suzi and Bob are also the third-generation owners of Johannigman Excavating, a family business they are grateful to continue alongside their dedicated team.

Outside of work and family, Suzi stays actively involved in the community through organizations including the Decatur County Board of Health, Oldenburg Academy Board of Trustees, and Decatur County Child Protection Team. She also loves camping, traveling in their RV, spending time outdoors, gardening, and enjoying life with their pets—including their golden retriever, Pork, two mini schnauzers, Daffy and Sammy, and two cats, Pam and Jemima. 🐶🐱

Faith is an important part of Suzi’s life, and she shared that through both the highs and lows, she has learned to trust that "God knows your heart and will always meet you where you are." Her faith, experience, and heart for the community make her a wonderful addition to the All for One board.

Ministry isn’t limited to a building or a day of the week.🤎

Sometimes it looks like a conversation over coffee.
Sometimes it’s a mentor showing up for a student.
Sometimes it’s serving our community, offering encouragement, or simply being present for someone who needs it.

At All for One Ministries, we believe God works through the everyday moments just as much as the extraordinary ones.

Because ministry doesn’t stop on Sunday, it happens wherever people choose to love and serve others in Jesus’s name. ✨
