Greensburg Tlc

Greensburg Tlc Transitional services for the homeless Transitional Living Centers are facilities that consumers reside in with the goal of living independently.

Staff provides personal, in-home support as they teach and model skills to help the consumers gain their independence. Socialization skills, menu planning, cooking, shopping, housekeeping, money management, and medication management are among those skills that are taught. Staff is on duty 24 hours a day to provide structure and emotional support.
