TLC Foundation

TLC Foundation TLC Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1986 in memory to Tim Leonard.

The TLC Foundation provides grants to individuals with life threatening illness, primarily those afflicted with cancer. In addition it provides scholarships to senior students in Westmoreland County who are active in the National Forensics league, mock trial and debate. Applications for grants may be requested by contacting the TLC Foundation. Applications for scholarships may be obtained through the school's guidance office.
