From an (un)educated American viewpoint….

The election will most likely be won by the “underdog” and so wearily agonized candidate Donald Trump who will ascend to the presidency for a second term. The first to do so unconsecutively since John Quincy Adams did in the early 1800s. His opponent was female firebrand Kamala Harris a decade earlier than we needed her apparently because why would anyone want to smash down all barriers between democracy and equity in our seriously divided nation….

A black woman leader again was too much for our nation to bear. How quaint we must feel heading back towards our parents lack of give a s**t and the hippies fake idealism bought by Reganomics and resold as Clintonesque “Generational Cool” ! A palor of shame envelopes my heart at this moment not because I particularly enjoy Mrs. Harris’s total ineptitude but because she represented hope( as much as prepackaged bulls**t ever can!)…

I will openly admit my support for her presidential candidacy. As well as my disdain for all Trump represents in a “leading nation “ whose goal should always be towards progress and the protection of freedom and all that it represents here and worldwide. We are all the architects of our own destiny and hers was to create a muffled middle class persona that conveniently avoided her many years locking up more folks than the crack epidemic. Yes we are all in this together but the truth is that we all need to change the toxicity and turmoil that American politics have descended into . Hold them accountable or clear the fu***ng slate period ! A couple of bad choices was all that lady liberty could muster . Tired and beautiful woman has given us her heart and grace now ad infinitum. We owe her better than she is getting.

There are many who would love to live as we do and strive for their own dreams of success and prosperity and personal freedom every day the world over and I would like to thank them for effecting my life and world view every single day of my journey. They are all keepers of freedoms flame the same as we. It’s not the be all end all! This election cycle ! It’s the same thing as last time and time before. A recycled promise never kept and a story that was never very good. Look beneath the surface and you’ll find a new story and one that will be the last one told of our great country and our great nation! The undercurrent has brought us together. I’m saying that our failure is going to bring about the worlds rise and the future of humanity lies in crossing borders and old agendas and making certain people understand the importance of truth and not the illusion that is governmental control or power. Once we scrape away all that they held dear and put our own lives and interests as one ! We will never be worried for freedom again because when we all have the same rights and responsibilities? We all live to better the whole . The whole should always mean humanity as a whole and not sects of people or politicians or agenda driven legislation but the same thing that has always done well for the world at large and that is the will of a greater good and the service of others at expense of ourselves. So then go our children and our grandchildren and the hope that tomorrow is the last time we have to say that maybe? Tomorrow will be a better day.

Three Random Facts About Me

1. I am a lifelong DC Comics fan and Superman is my favorite character ever in the mythos with Batman being a close second

2. I’m a super reluctant internet tv/ podcast host ! Many of you know I do PRF TV Punk Rock Family TV but if you knew what I go through to get myself to do the show ? You might think I was miserable or scared to do so but it’s just the old fashioned self esteem issues everyone deals with and a little bit of schizophrenia! No problem! 😉

3. I once had a p*e wee football helmet Stuck on my head so snugly and painfully my mother had to call EMS to get the goddamn thing off my ample head ! She had to be so proud.

Pennywise is in my opinion one of the most underrated and influential bands in our beloved genre of rock and roll. That being said anyone who will argue this is blind to the previous generation or hasn’t even delved into their endless library of powerful,inspiring, and flat out brilliant music. Jim Lindberg gave a lot of us guys who loved Punk Rock but weren’t exactly boots and braces types a style and substance that we identified with T shirts and baseball caps and a crease in our khakis for OG style . That’s how I rolled and still do with newly acquired Half Cabs strapped tightly to my capable feet . You’ll never make it?

I doubt that !!
