Executive Director, Mustard Seed Community Health
Christine Ringuette is a seasoned nonprofit leader and strategist with more than 15 years of executive experience strengthening organizations, expanding programs, and building community partnerships. She currently serves as Executive Director of Mustard Seed Community Health, where she leads efforts to provide high-quality, holistic, and integrated healthcare to underserved communities.
Throughout her career, Christine has held leadership positions with respected organizations including Greensboro Urban Ministry, Dress for Success Winston-Salem, Habitat for Humanity of North Carolina, and Habitat for Humanity International. She also served as CEO of Habitat for Humanity Valley of the Sun in Phoenix, the largest Habitat affiliate in the western United States. Her work has spanned local, state, national, and international levels, with impact ranging from building affordable housing in Arizona to cultivating global partnerships in more than 20 countries.
Christine is recognized for her expertise in fundraising, communications, and organizational growth. She has secured multi-million-dollar partnerships, increased donor support, launched statewide marketing campaigns, and developed innovative programs that significantly expanded client services. Her leadership has consistently resulted in stronger infrastructures, higher revenues, and improved community engagement.
A graduate of Wingate University with a degree in Communications and Public Relations, Christine also completed executive education at Harvard Business School. She has been honored with multiple awards, including Wingate University’s Outstanding Alumni Award and Habitat for Humanity’s Excellence in Strategic Partnerships award.
