Our Mission

The Mission of the Groove Leadership Academy is to inspire young males to develop high academic standards, high self-esteem, leadership qualities and valuable community service experience that will help shape the rest of their lives.

The Vision of the Groove Leadership Academy, as an academic based organization, is to compose and establish positive and innovative leadership within all members in order for these young men to become affluent in our society. We have elected to accomplish this vision through new members, and new projects geared towards making a statement in the African-American community.
