Everyone's searching for the secret to staying cool this summer... but we've already found it, and his name is Spenser. šŸ˜Žā˜€ļø

What does Deacon have to do to show you that he is deserving of a loving foster or adoptive home? Weā€™ve been waiting so long for Deacon to find his people. Weā€™re so appreciative of how well he is taken care of in boarding but this poor pup has been waiting too many years. Letā€™s find his family.

Meet Deacon, he is a mixed breed dog with a great personalityā€¦ uh, dog-anality. Deacon is a neutered male coming in at about 45 lbs of pure love. He's just a chill guy with a splash of zoomies! Deacon's resume is spectacular. He has the work experience, the passion, and the love. I mean, how can you turn down a boy this good?

- House trained
- Crate trained
- Leash trained
- Has worked with multiple trainers
- A true lover boy: The perfect partner and good with kids
- A squeaky toy enthusiast:

Deacon takes pride in his squeaky toys. No squeak too big, no squeak to small. Squeaky toys, he loves them all!

The training he received comes with lifetime training touch-ups (adoption location dependent). Once he has settled in, the trainer will provide you with training sessions to help acclimate him to his new home. They also provide group training sessions most Saturdays at local parks. Pretty sweet deal, right?!

Deacon was bounced around a bit so heā€™s learned to love and trust again. Due to that, he can be slow to warm up, but once you are his person, he desires nothing more than to be by your side as your furry companion. Deacon is just a boy navigating this real world, overcoming everyday challenges.

Happy Moe Wednesday!

This cutie is currently hanging out with Cody Trespalacios and being the best pup! Weā€™d love to see him in stable long term foster and not have to make any returns to boarding. Heā€™s a bit puppy in a china shop but with the right guidance, we know he will be the best companion!

Hi! My nameā€™s Moe and Iā€™m the sweetest and goofiest boy around! My favorite things are playing with toys and hanging out with my family!! I am still a baby (only 1 years old!) and will have to go into boarding if I donā€™t find a foster. This will make me incredibly sad because I love being near people - please help me find a family who will love me!

I love playing tug, ball or anything else that you will play with me!! I am incredibly cute and will bring you the rope toy to let you know that I want to play!
I have beautiful reddish fawn coloring with stunning eyes and the cutest ears you have ever seen!
I sleep nicely in a crate at night
I relax when I am tethered in the house and enjoy listening to soothing music (I would be happy to be your work from home companion but I can also be crated when you leave!)
I am not reactive on walks to dogs, cars, strollers, etc. I can be strong on leash but settle after a bit of time out and in calmer settings.
I would love to have a back yard or active family because playing is so much fun!
I am dog friendly and love to play so best suited with active furry friends!
I am friendly, affectionate and lovable (and am happy to hop in your lap - all 55 lbs of me!)

Hi. I'm Spenser.

I have a question.

Have you ever chugged three Red Bulls, listened to motivational speeches at double speed, and then decided today was the perfect day to run a marathon?

Because that's basically my personality.

I'm a cattle dog mix with enough energy to power a small town. Need a hiking buddy? I'm in. Want to play fetch? Great. Another round of fetch? Obviously. A third round? Why are we even stopping to talk about it?

I wake up every morning ready to seize the day, chase the day, organize the day, and probably herd the day into neat little groups.

Because I'm a busy guy, I prefer to be the ONLY pet in my future home. Other animals just don't appreciate my level of enthusiasm and executive management style.

My dream home includes:ļæ½ A fully fenced yard where I can safely zoom at maximum velocity.ļæ½ An active family that likes adventures.ļæ½ People who understand that "tired cattle dog" is a beautiful thing.ļæ½ No other pets competing for my spotlight.

Can Dino and his cute cowboy hat come hang out with you for a little vacation??? Read his bio below to see if you can help! Please note that we have two dogs in boarding without fosters right now so any help we can get keeping temp fosters out of boarding is incredibly helpful and much appreciated.

Dino is the definition of a gentle, mellow cuddle buddy. Heā€™s happiest curled up next to his people, soaking in affection (honestly, heā€™ll pick pets and snuggles over toys or treats every single time). Heā€™s calm in the house, does great in his crate, rarely barks, and loves lounging in sunny spots in your home. Heā€™ll happily play with any toy you offer, but being close to his humans is his favorite thing in the world.

Heā€™s incredibly polite, well-mannered, and just wants to love and be loved. Dino is dog selective and can be reactive around other dogs, so heā€™ll do best as the only pet in the home with someone committed to continuing his training to set him up for success. Due to this, we think he would do best with a fenced yard. In the right environment, he absolutely thrives.
