The Blues' Gingerbread House Party

The Blues' Gingerbread House Party Come see what the Magic is all about! It's that time again! The party so many of you have heard about and some of you have been eagerly anticipating.

Since 2006, Lauren & Elliot Blue have hosted this happy holiday tradition, benefitting the organization now known as Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Last year's fundraiser was a huge success and we hope to have even bigger results this year! All the money raised goes directly to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This party is for the kids, of course...even the overgr

own ones! For a minimum $35 donation (per house), we will provide the homemade gingerbread house, decorating materials, a meal, drinks, & snacks. You provide the imagination and designs! We will also have beer & wine for the adults. This year we will be having 2 sittings: the first one at 11 am the second at 2pm in order to accommodate all the builders! To sign up for your preferred time slot, make your donation online today. If you have no time preference, we will assign you one once we have the total number of attendees. Secure your construction site now! Cash and checks made payable to LLS will also be accepted at the door. All donations are tax-deductible. Please let us know ASAP if you will be joining the work crew, as the baking and construction of the houses will begin immediately. Contact either crew chief with any questions or if your family would like more than one house. We hope you and your family can join us. Bring your friends and your hard hat -it is sure to be a great time! If you are unable to attend or would like a house to give as a gift, donations will still be accepted and/or you can still receive a house to decorate -contact Elliot or Lauren for details.

Sharing a holiday tradition can be very personal and family-specific... which is why we know that families and friends returning year after year to decorate and volunteer with the Gingerbread Party makes it so meaningful to us. THANK YOU -many of our guests and volunteers have been coming for a decade or more. What a privilege it is to share a Sunday in December with everyone that comes!
