At RTFMT™ — Restore the Family: Military Transitions™ — we believe that an informed client is a protected client, and is more comfortable they are working with the organization that is supporting them. Clients here will not be manipulated, pressured, or kept in the dark about the rights they hold.

The following legal and ethical frameworks govern every service relationship at RTFMT™ and every other service organization in NC. We publish these openly because every person who walks through our door deserves to know exactly where they stand.

North Carolina General Statute § 122C-62 establishes the legal rights of individuals receiving mental health, developmental disability, and substance abuse services in North Carolina, including the explicit right to refuse or withdraw from services without penalty.

North Carolina Administrative Code Title 10A, Chapter 27G governs mental health and human services delivery standards in NC and prohibits coercive service practices.

The American Counseling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics, Standard A.11 requires counselors to respect client decisions to terminate the counseling relationship and prohibits abandonment or coercive retention.

Federal consumer protection principles enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) prohibit deceptive or coercive practices in the delivery of services to consumers.

We believe that our services are unparalleled, and we hope that rights education will allow our clients to be more comfortable. The transparency of client rights ethical.

Work, work, and more work on these awesome organization flagships!

We are excited and stoked to one day get these released! We are doing things the right way and getting all of our ducks in a row.

We are still in the development phase, gathering a lot of documentation and continuing research on everything that needs to be completed to make these sustainable and scale our impact. And by documentation, I'm talking about close to 2,000 pages of work-related forms. I have not done the math, but I've done about 300 pages so far.

We are still seeing clients on the RTFMT side, while we are the building the full structure.

Unfortunately, the numbers, finances, surrounding the flagships are extensive. However, I'm sure they are lower than your initial thought, which you're having right now.

The liability insurance per month is just one of the costs. We would love to talk with anyone who is interested in simply learning about the company and the flagships under an NDA who might sponsor one or more of the flagships' monthly costs. We are as transparent as we possibly can be while protecting intellectual ownership and copyright. One of the catch-22s for a non-profit that would not qualify for federal grants for the services that they do is that to operate day one the money already has to be there for the liability insurance and other operating costs, the other side of the catch-22 is being able to give you enough information before things get trademarked or copyrighted. There's a level of trust between both parties.

Special Operators cannot be mass-produced, per these two sources (USSOCOM, n.d., Garamone, 2024), and I am now convinced that this tier of influence, training, and instruction not being completed is partially that way because of the prior influences of family, peers, teachers, mentors, and faith communities. Their influences have flatlined a higher tier of development. Throughout my own adult life, I have tried to live at the “doctoral” level—high responsibility and competency—while getting mixed and different information from everyone. Unity is key. Unity is a biblical principle for Good reason. The growth of people is the reason.

One example is getting a pamphlet about a veteran organization's services and staff. To find out from the receptionist, one service no longer exists, and I will see a new staff member. The reviews of the organization are that of a different company altogether. I then get to my mental health appointment and sat in the office of someone who was said to not work there anymore, and they asked, “You inquired about dental services, right?”

When we reach a higher level of education, work, etc., we are fearful of a repeat of this, which will cause us to be in mental confusion, question everything we are told, and never believe anything.
