This past weekend, Crossroads had the opportunity to return to Topgolf Greensboro for an afternoon of golf, leadership, fellowship, and future-focused learning.

A special thank you to Ronnie Bailey (Ronnie) for leading a powerful and informative conversation on the fundamentals of AI. Students need to understand where the world is headed, and today they got real exposure to technology, opportunity, and the importance of preparing now.

Thank you also to Topgolf Greensboro for hosting us and helping create an environment where our students could learn, compete, connect, and see something bigger for themselves.

This is what Crossroads is about:
putting young men in new spaces, around strong examples, and giving them experiences that build confidence, vision, and possibility.

More than a game. Bigger than one afternoon.

Learn. Grow. Lead. Build Your Pathway to Success.

At Crossroads: Pathways to Success, we believe exposure can change the direction of a young person’s life.

So we create opportunities for young men to experience more — more careers, more leadership, more professional environments, more mentorship, and more examples of what their future can become.

Our Summer Empowerment Camp was just one reflection of that mission.

We’re not simply telling young men to dream bigger. We’re giving them access to the people, places, experiences, and skills that help make those dreams real.

That’s the work. That’s the mission. That’s Crossroads.

Learn. Grow. Lead. Build your pathway to success.

We are always accepting new students. Please reach out to us if you need more information.

What started in 2009 with a vision, Saturday workshops twice a month, and a commitment to consistency has now impacted over 200 young men with a 100% high school graduation rate among our graduates.

Through mentorship, college tours, leadership workshops, scholarships, community service, and real relationships, we’ve been blessed to watch so many young people grow into fathers, professionals, leaders, and mentors themselves.

Grateful for every parent, mentor, board member, supporter, volunteer, and student who has been part of the journey. We’re proud of what’s been built, and we are excited for what’s ahead for Crossroads!

Great turnout at our Crossroads Bowling Workshop this weekend.

Beyond the fun, the young men showed real teamwork, communication, and leadership—encouraging each other, staying engaged, and competing the right way. That’s where confidence is built—through participation, support, and small wins stacking up.

We also had meaningful conversations about future careers and pathways, helping them start thinking bigger about what’s possible.

Special thanks to Spare Time Greensboro for hosting us:great environment, great food, and an all-around great experience for the young men.

This is what Crossroads is about—exposure, growth, and direction.

More to come.
