New Zion Missionary Baptist Church – Pre-Recorded Worship Service

This worship service has been pre-recorded due to anticipated inclement weather. In keeping with our commitment to the safety and well-being of our church family, we chose to gather in this way rather than risk travel during hazardous conditions.

Though we are not physically together, we remain united in faith, worship, and purpose. We invite you to prepare your heart and home for worship as you would on any Sunday—through prayer, reflection, and praise.

Thank you for your continued faithfulness, flexibility, and care for one another. May this service be a blessing to you and your household.

This weekend, members of Southern Guilford Rotary had the honor of serving alongside the incredible team at the Family Room of the Triad.

Through hands-on service, we organized and rebuilt the Teen Room, created a dedicated Teen Intake space for youth entering foster care, and brought much-needed order to the stock room that supports teen services. Every shelf, every wall, and every detail was completed with dignity, care, and intention—because teens deserve spaces that reflect respect and belonging during life’s most difficult transitions.

This work was made possible through partnership, the support of Rotary District 7690, our committed club members, and the shared belief that service, when done together, truly changes lives.

We are grateful for the trust, the teamwork, and the opportunity to serve. The work may be finished—but the impact will continue with every teen and family who walks through these doors.

✨ Southern Guilford Rotary had an incredible meeting this week! ✨

We were honored to hear from Michelle Schaefer Olds and Adrienne Spinner of the North Carolina Diaper Bank. They shared the powerful work the diaper bank is doing not only across our state but also throughout the nation.

To show our support, Southern Guilford Rotary donated a carload of diapers to help further their mission of serving families in need. 💙🍼

At our club meeting this week, we had the honor of recognizing several of our members for their Paul Harris Fellow contributions to The Rotary Foundation. 💙💛

The Paul Harris Fellow recognition is one of Rotary’s highest honors, given to members whose generosity helps Rotary create lasting change across the globe.

Through their giving, The Rotary Foundation is able to:

The Southern Guilford Rotary Club is proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® — the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.

Every step we take brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. We walk for the families, the caregivers, the survivors, and in memory of those we’ve lost.

The Rotary Club of Southern Guilford enjoyed a meaningful evening in our community tonight! 💙🌭

The Pathways facility holds a special place in our hearts, and it was a joy to return and serve a summer cookout dinner to the residents. Sharing a meal and spending time in fellowship with families is one of the ways we live out our core value—building community through service.

There’s nothing quite like connecting over good food, warm smiles, and a shared commitment to uplifting others. We are grateful for every opportunity to serve our neighbors with compassion and purpose. 💛
