Gate City Young Singers

Gate City Young Singers GCYS is a Community Youth Chorus GCYS is a Community Children's Chorus open to ALL Singers -boys (unchanged voice) and girls -
ages 2nd (8yrs. old) - 12 grade.

Singers will be growing in musicianship and friendship. They learn vocal technique, theory, solfege, sight reading, and performance skills. They also, learn to perform in other languages. We perform about one time a month. We offer Christmas and Spring Concert performances.

Rehearsals: Tuesdays @ Friendly Educators 1-3pm Friendly Ave. Church of Christ West Friendly Ave., Greensboro, NC 27410 Wedesdays: Trinity Church 5200 West Friendly Ave., Greensboro, NC 27410 3-4:00pm Younger Singers (8yrs. old - 5th grade) 4:00 - 5:15pm Older Singers (6th-12th grades) Peformances: 1 x a quarter, plus a Christmas and Spring Concert
