🤝 Strong roots. Stronger community.

After a devastating storm swept through David Caldwell Historic Park in 2000, our community came together to restore what had been lost. In 2001, more than 200 volunteers joined Greensboro Beautiful and Greensboro Parks & Recreation to replant the park—one tree, one shovel, and one act of kindness at a time.
Many of those trees were dedicated in honor or memory of loved ones, creating a legacy that continues to grow today. 🍃
