It was a lovely day with Jean Stallings, family, friends and Youth at Risk North Carolina, Inc. at Scuppernong Books! Jean read poetry from her the book she wrote. Jean is a Mentor at Youth at Risk. One of the requirements to be a Mentor is to create your own goal so that you understand what your mentee is going to go through trying to achieve her own goal. Jean's goal was to publish her poetry and SHE DID! CONGRATULATIONS JEAN!

Saturday, August 10, 2013 Marked the completion of Youth at Risk North Carolina's first Woman to Woman Program! Our girls graduated surrounded by much love! Mentors, family and friends joined in the celebration of their Graduation! We are all very proud of our girls!
