The mission of GDPI is to serve as the executive management of Greensboro’s Downtown Parks. Greensboro Downtown Parks, Inc.

(GDPI) was established as a 501(c)3 nonprofit to enhance the potential of Center City and LeBauer Parks. We operate through a public-private partnership, dedicated to activating urban greenspaces for the downtown community. Our mission is to manage and enrich Greensboro’s downtown parks, prioritizing public engagement, upkeep, financial health, and community vitality.
