Teens Gotta Talk is an after school workshop that gives high school students a place to check in, connect and build skills for handling whatever the school year brings.

Back to school means new classes, new routines and a whole lot to adjust to.

Connections is a peer support workshop that gives middle schoolers a place to build confidence, manage stress and strengthen the skills that can make the school year a little easier.

A new Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) class begins September 22 at Kellin Foundation.

WRAP is an 8-week, peer-led class designed to help you build a personalized plan for supporting your mental health, wellness, and recovery. Learn to identify what helps you stay well, recognize triggers and early warning signs, and develop practical strategies for navigating challenges before they escalate.

The class meets Tuesdays from 3–5 p.m. for eight weeks and is open to anyone interested in creating a plan for their own wellness and recovery.

Back-to-school season is here, and for some of our youngest students, it’s their very first school year!

Sprouts helps 5-year-olds build the social and emotional skills they need to start kindergarten ready to learn, connect, and grow — while providing support for the whole family.

Funded by Ready for School, Ready for Life, Sprouts helps give young learners a strong start as they take that big step into kindergarten with Guilford County Schools.
