The Victory Train® Initiative is an early childhood education program designed to empower parents by providing them with the tools and skills needed to ensure their child is kindergarten-ready. The Victory Train® comes alongside parents at the birth of their child and provides them with weekly educational packets containing books, educational toys, puzzles, crayons and all the materials needed to
