What a weekend 🤖✨

We’re officially headed to the FIRST World Championship and couldn’t be more excited! At our District State Championship, we were honored to receive the Autonomous Award 🏆—a huge testament to all the hard work our team has put into programming and design.

From exploring the science center to sharing our Behind the Glass video, this event was full of unforgettable moments. Huge thank you to our event investor Parton Lumber for supporting us on this journey!

This awesome team has qualified for the robotics world championship in Houston! We will be competing with (and against) the top teams from all over the world! In addition to competing on the field, our students will have the opportunity to meet and talk with other teams and learn about their programs. Also at this event are top colleges and companies. Our students will have the opportunity to talk with representatives who can give them direction on STEM-based careers.

This is an amazing opportunity for our team, but it is an expensive trip. We would love to take some of the financial burden off of our families, but we can't do it without help. We are a community-based team, and our only finding comes from some generous businesses in our community who believe in this team.
