Have you attended the North Carolina Folk Festival in the past by bicycle? It is hard to find a parking spot for a car with over 150,000 people in attendance, so biking is a smart move. But there are only so many bike racks in downtown Greensboro.

To remedy this, the Greensboro Jaycees and Bicycling in Greensboro, Inc. (Big) are teaming up to offer a free bike valet service during the NC Folk Fest! We hope to provide safe, secure, and convenient bike parking to encourage more people to choose to bike.

We could use your help! We are looking for people to sign in and out bicycles to be parked, keep an eye on the bicycles in our charge, and park and retrieve bicycles as needed. Please consider signing up to help make this a successful initiative. For more information and to sign-up:
