Thank you to the City of Greensboro's People & Culture Volunteers & Way of Greater Greensboro! We were fortunate to have them come to GCPA, supporting our library and new sensory garden. This allowed for GCPA's library to be accessible to our children in our main play area.

For our sensory garden, this has been a new initiative, led by the Barefoot Family. They have supported us in leading the vision and resources to make this area flourish. With the City's help, we were able to create the foundational area for our garden and plant flowers.

We are sincerely grateful to everyone involved in our sensory garden, as our children have loved having this new space. If you are interested in donating any garden supplies or plants, feel free to reach out to our organization via contact page on our website.

What a wonderful day at the Unite festival! It was such a joy to see so many GCPA families represented and connected with our community today. Events like this are such a beautiful reminder of the importance of inclusion, support and community. One of my favorite moments was overhearing of family say, “we are so lucky!“ Lucky to know these families, lucky to work alongside such caring people, and lucky to be a part of a community that celebrates every child!

Aubrey's Special Needs Derby Fundraiser is dedicated to funding Aubrey & Friends Summer Sunshine Program. This ensures that GCPA can provide therapeutic and educational programming in the summer, preventing regression for our children that depend on consistent care.

Last Friday, in partnership with the Randolphs, we were able to raise over $50,000 for the summer! Thank you to each and every person that donated, bought a bourbon raffle ticket, or sponsored the event. Your support has made a tremendous difference, and we can't wait for our 5th year in 2027!

Thank you so much to Daisy Troop 27408 from Canterbury School for your incredibly generous donation to GCPA ! We are so grateful for your support and kindness. It was truly heartwarming to see these young girls so engaged in a meaningful discussion about children with special needs. Their curiosity, compassion, and willingness to learn at such a young age gives us so much hope.
