Hello!!! 👋

One Community is proud to offer you a way to Embrace Neurodiversity during I/DD (March) and Autism (April) awareness months! We are offering these amazing shirts to you in both adult and youth sizes and we are certain you are going to love them! Please share the link for these shirts far and wide with your coworkers, staff, students, friends and family!

We have made some significant changes to the order form used to request a shirt and although many of the questions you will see are familiar, there are a few new ones and we’ve offered some clarification for you below:

*Are you a Trillium member, family member or community?
-If you or someone who you’re requesting a shirt for has Trillium Medicaid or receives services through Trillium, you are a Trillium member.
-If you DO NOT have Trillium Medicaid or receive services through Trillium but you’re requesting a shirt for someone who does, you are a family member.
-If you are requesting the shirt for yourself or someone else who DOES NOT have Trillium Medicaid or receive services through Trillium, you are a community member.

If you’re getting more than one shirt, are they for Trillium members or Community members?
-See above for definition of a Trillium member vs Community member ⬆️

Are you requesting for Trillium members through an agency?
-If you work for an agency that serves Trillium members and you are ordering for a group of some kind, residents, participants or maybe a client that you work with and they have Trillium Medicaid or receive services through Trillium, then you are ordering for Trillium members.

Thank you so much for your ongoing support of One Community and for being willing to start a conversation with a stranger who responds to your shirt!! Please share your stories with us on our FB page!
