As we start the weekend, familiarize yourself with more 2026 third quarter stats, this time from our southern neighbors in Asheboro and Randolph County!🏠🔢📆3️⃣👇

Trends fared similar for several statistics in Asheboro and its encompassing county, but there was no change in closed sales, percentage of list price received and months' supply of inventory in Randolph County.❌📈📉🏡🔢📅🫳💸🤝

Asheboro experienced an increase in closed sales, which benefitted sellers🏠💸🤝📈.

Increases in days on market, inventory of homes for sale and months' supply of inventory benefitted prospective buyers in both Asheboro and Randolph County🏡🔢📆📈.

Increases in median and average sales prices benefitted sellers in each area🏠💸📈.

Today, we're continuing our local presentation of 2026's third quarter housing stats with Oak Ridge/Summerfield and Stokesdale.🏠🔢📆3️⃣

Despite these areas being in close proximity to each other, there were differences in several trends.🏡📈📉

Stokesdale's increases in new listings and days on market until a sale benefitted prospective buyers✨🏠📅🔢📈, while its increase in average sales price benefitted sellers🏡💸📈.

Oak Ridge/Summerfield's increases in closed sales and percentage of list price received benefitted sellers🏠🫳💸🤝📈.

An increase in median sales price benefitted sellers in each area🏡💸📈, while increases in inventory of homes for sale and months' supply of inventory benefitted prospective buyers in each area🏠📆🔢📈.

Greensboro's decreases in median and average sales prices benefitted prospective buyers🏠💸📉, while Guilford County's increase in these figures benefitted sellers🏡💸📈.

Greensboro's increase in days on market benefitted prospective buyers🏠📅🔢📈.

Increases in new listings, inventory of homes for sale and months' supply of inventory benefitted prospective buyers in both our city and county✨🏡🔢📆📈.
