Guilford County Government now has a Low Income Homeowner Assistance The grant is for all eligible residents, but it's first-come, first-served. Once the money's gone, it's gone.

Qualifications include:
- Own and live in your Guilford County home as your primary residence
- Have owned it for at least 5 years
- Pay the property taxes yourself
- Fall under the income limit for your household size

Bob started Replacements, Ltd. in 1981, and it's now the world's largest retailer of vintage and new china, crystal, silver, and collectibles. For Greensboro, he's helped fund twelve Habitat Greensboro homes and shown up for so many other causes across our community for decades.

At Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro, we believe every family deserves a safe, healthy place to call home. We're proud to share opportunities that help our neighbors thrive. The City of Greensboro Home Repair GSO Program opens for applications on Monday, August 17, and eligible homeowners can receive a grant of up to $20,000 for major home repairs!

• Roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing & more
• Accessibility upgrades like ramps & grab bars
• For homeowners within city limits, below 80% of area median income, who've owned & lived in their home for 5+ years

Don't wait applications close September 18 OR when the first 20 completed applications are received, whichever comes first. Grants are limited, so prepare early!
