Over the Summer our youth had the opportunity to learn the basics of CPR and why knowing what to do in an emergency is so important. 💪🏾🚑 At Guilford County Youth Academy, life skills aren't just something we talk about we give our youth opportunities to learn, practice, and build confidence! 💜

Join instructor Vamika Sharma .arts in the studio for Art with Vamika: Graphite Shading, Acrylic, & Oil Pastels!
Saturdays 10:00AM to 11:00AM. Ages 5 - 12

A fun and creative art program where children learn drawing, acrylic painting, and oil pastel techniques. Students will create unique artwork, build artistic skills, and gain confidence while expressing their creativity.

🥹💜 And just like that… Summer Camp 2026 has come to a bittersweet end! ☀️

What. A. SUMMER! 🥰 From ✈️ exploring PTI Airport, 🎓 visiting NC A&T, 💧 touring the water plant, 🌄 hiking Hanging Rock, 🏊🏾 swimming, 🛼 skating, 🎬 movies, 🌱 gardening, 🥊 self-defense, mentorship, life skills, SEL activities, guest speakers and SO much more!

We laughed 😂, learned 📚, explored 🌎, made new friends 🤝🏾 and created memories that our campers will carry with them long after summer. 💜

To our campers and families—THANK YOU for trusting us with your babies! 🥹 We hope they enjoyed this summer as much as we enjoyed having them.
