On Tuesday, October 29, from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m., the Greenfield, Mass Police Department will host a meet and greet with local school resource officers in the area. The discussion will center on the work of school resource officers and their day-to-day responsibilities following recent School Committee conversations on the topic.

This is Twinkle Frostflurry, here to share the Festival of Trees Guidelines, in case you were curious: ☀️✨⭐️✨☀️🌲☀️✨⭐️✨☀️

Tree Sponsors will be asked to assemble their trees in a designated spot

BRAND NEW artificial trees only ranging in height from 3 feet to 12 feet (trees can be taller than 12', but keep in mind the tree will be raffled to someone who may want to put the tree up in their home.

Please include tree skirt with your tree

Bring supplies with you. IE: scissors, tape, wire, hooks, etc.. If needed, bring a step stool with you to reach the top of your tree

Tree Sponsors are responsible for leaving boxes/handled bags for tree winners to carry out the items included with your tree.

No perishable items on our under your tree

Provide a complete list of of wrapped items that will be included with your tree on SET UP day 11/23

Gift Certificates and gift cards on the tree are phantoms ONLY. ALL gift cards and certificates will be included on your list of items to. be completed and signed in on tree set up day. Gift your gift certificates to an organizer on set up day so they can be secured. You are responsible for making sure your GC's are accounted for and signed in. NO CASH prizes. No exceptions.

All of the items on, under or around your tree will go home with the tree winner. Do NOT include items you would like returned such as tables, boxes, or tree stands.
