A little late on this post, but we would like to thank you all for the support that you showed us on Saturday! We were overcome with so much love and support from everyone who showed up. We were able to raise a little over $1,000. This will go towards insurance and any supplies that we need!

We would also like to say thank you to the Americans Guardians MC who helped assist us in putting this together as well as helping us serve, cook, and clean up!

Good morning Dade County!!!!

Next Saturday May 8th we will be having an in person bake sale. Yes, I said in person bake sale!
We will be set up at Muncy's in Lockwood starting at 8am! There will be lots of goodies and just in time for Mother's Day! So come out and get your mom, or yourself some freshly baked goods!

From the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate our amazing supporters. With your generous support of our bake sale, we raised $1,290.00 today!!!!!

We are so blessed to have an amazing and generous community that supports us continually. We had donations from as far away as Oregon, and several very generous donations made today. We could not continue to do what we do without your support. Thank you again for making our hearts happy!

The Dade County First Responder group is pleased to announce that they were awarded a $2,000 grant from MFA to purchase AED's (automated external defibrillators) and radios for our first responders. As a volunteer organization we rely on grants, donations and fundraisers to purchase lifesaving equipment needed to assist the citizens and visitors of Dade County. We are extremely grateful to groups such as MFA for recognizing the needs of their community and making funds available.

Pictured here are Glen Cope, Andy Hays and Steve Lasater from MFA with Damon Williston, DCFR Chief, Linda Brinkhoff, DCFR Training Chief and Jordan Backs, DCFR Board President. We are excited to purchase this equipment to better equip our responders in the field. Thank you again MFA!

Thank you to everyone who came to our softball tournament. The teams that participated, our awesome umpires Dustin and Kerry, and our responders who helped work today. Thank you to Ski for helping get things set up, and lastly to Hope for coordinating it all. We raised $672.75, including an anonymous donation of $100! We are blessed as always to have a supportive community who always rises to the occasion.
