Congratulations to Hancock County’s very own Blake Hurst, who was chosen as the 2026 Bree Wilson Youth Advocate of the Year on behalf of VOICE Indiana! Blake has been a 4 year member of VOICE in Hancock County at New Palestine High School, serving on the core leadership team for the last 4 years, serving as a statewide VOICE Youth Ambassador (VYA) for the last 3 years, and chosen as a Campaign for To***co Free Kids Youth Ambassador for Indiana for the last year! We are so proud of this amazing young leader in our community and how well he represents the VOICE mission!
Indiana and national to***co control partners committed to engaging and empowering young people have established the Bree Wilson Youth Advocate of the Year Scholarship in memory of Breanna “Bree” Lynn Wilson. In honoring Bree’s legacy, Campaign For To***co Free Kids, Truth Initiative, and Indiana’s to***co control partners honor a VOICE Indiana Core Team Leader or VOICE Youth Ambassador with the Youth Advocate of the Year Award.
