📣 Calling All Hancock County Nonprofit Organizations!
The Rotary Club of Greenfield is excited to invite Hancock County-based nonprofit organizations to apply to participate in the People's Choice portion of our annual Steak'n, Bake'n Fundraising Event!
This is more than just a fun evening—it's a unique Rotary Grant Opportunity designed to help local nonprofits raise new funds, increase awareness for their mission, and compete for additional grant dollars.
📅 Event Date: Saturday, September 19
📍 Hancock County Fairgrounds
How It Works
Community members will purchase tickets to attend the Steak'n, Bake'n Raffle Event featuring:
🥩 Steak dinner
🎲 Games
🎟 Reverse raffle
Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to donate to participating nonprofits and vote for their favorite organization during the People's Choice competition.
Rotary will distribute funds raised through ticket sales and evening activities to the nonprofits that raise the most funds in three separate budget categories, so your organization only competes against nonprofits of similar size.
Annual Nonprofit Budget Categories:
• Up to $100,000
• $100,001–$250,000
• $250,001 and up
Apply by Email by July 29 at 5:00 PM
Your application must include:
• A brief description of your organization, mission statement, and summary of impact (include contact name, phone number, and email)

Applicants will also:
• Present a brief elevator speech at the Rotary Club meeting on Thursday, August 6 at 12:00 noon at Greenfield Christian Church. Rotarians will select the top 12 nonprofits (4 from each budget category).
• Provide staff or volunteers to participate and interact with event attendees on September 19 if selected.

The top 12 nonprofits may begin fundraising for this event on August 21, with fundraising ending at 9:00 PM on the night of the event.
