At the Greenfield Music Festival, VFW Post 4736 is creating a place where those stories can be shared, remembered, and preserved.

🎥 Veterans — tell us your name, branch, and where you served.

❤️ Families — share the story behind the uniform.

🤝 Community members — record a message of thanks and tell us what our veterans mean to you.

Visit our booth June 5–7 and help us capture the stories that make our community strong.

CALL TO ACTION: SHOW OUR COMMUNITY WHO WE ARE

This year at the Greenfield Music Festival, VFW Post 4736 is creating more than just a booth — we’re creating an experience that honors veterans, connects generations, and brings our community together.

But we can’t do it alone.

We need volunteers who want to be part of something that matters. Whether you can help for an hour or all weekend, every bit of support helps us build something special for our veterans and our community.

You can help with:
⭐ Greeting visitors
⭐ Community signature banner
⭐ Veteran & community story recordings
⭐ Family & kids activities
⭐ Booth setup and support

This is our chance to show people who we are, what we stand for, and what the VFW can mean to a community.

What an incredible honor it was to be part of the Greenfield Memorial Day Parade today alongside so many amazing organizations and members of our community. 🇺🇸

Thank you to the Concerned Veterans, McClain Cadet Corps, McClain Marching Tigers, Greenfield Music Festival Royalty, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, and everyone from our community who came together to help honor and remember those who gave everything for our country.

Seeing generations of our community standing side by side in remembrance is what Memorial Day is all about. Greenfield truly showed its pride, respect, and patriotism today.

Join us in Greenfield, Ohio this Memorial Day as we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

⏰ Parade Starts at 10:00 AM

The parade will pause downtown at the memorial for a special tribute before continuing to Greenfield Cemetery for a memorial service.

Please come out and support our community, veterans, and Cadet Corps as we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Over the weekend, Cub Scout Troop 190, the Concerned Veterans, McClain Cadet Corps, volunteers, and members of VFW Post 4736 gave of their time (and got a little wet in the process) to replace the flags of our fallen comrades at Greenfield Cemetery.

Thank you to everyone who came out to honor and remember those who served our country with pride and sacrifice. Your willingness to give your time, despite the weather, is a true reflection of what community and patriotism are all about.

As Memorial Day approaches, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the men and women who gave everything for our freedoms. 🇺🇸
