Year 9 is in the books! We stepped back a bit this year because it was too much to take on AND deal with cruel realities of living with MS. However, we loved being able to enjoy the lead-up and event even more without having to manage a huge event.

We learned a lot and how to grow this “party format” in future years. Thanks to all who came out! In a fun twist, Tom’s sister Nicole Kurtz Coyne was on the winning team in year 9 — after winning with her husband our first year! We thank Mike D. and Nicole for donating back their winnings!

Many people couldn’t make it because of weekend events, but there is still time to donate! We humbly urge you to donate whatever you can to help us raise money to fight this horrible disease. It would be great to give MS a big number without as many teams this year!

Tomorrow is the day! Our 9th annual fundraiser kicks off at 1pm and we are back to where it all started! Please come out, even if it’s only for a bit to buy raffles or food!

Since we are back to where it all started 9 years ago, we thought we’d bring some pictures back from our humble beginnings! Celebrate with us again this Saturday at the Golden Lion.

QR code on the flyer to donate if you can’t make it. Arrive at 1pm, with bags flying at 2pm. Buy raffles all afternoon! Let’s kick some MS butt!

Less than a week away! 414 Boards is helping to keep the bags going by setting up a $20 blind draw bags tourney for those that want to play! If not, come for the food from “Scratch Daddy Kitchen”, raffles, and more!

We have some news to share heading into our 9th year of raising money for MS! Instead of a formal bags tournament, we have made the difficult to decision to step back slightly and have a celebratory fundraising event instead! "Toss to Cure MS: A Celebration" on September 12th!

MS is a tough disease. We have also had other family health challenges this year and hosting a tournament takes a lot of time and energy that we couldn't fully give it this year.

The good news -- there will still be bags, raffles, and fun! Michelle and I can also enjoy ourselves a bit more by not having to really do too much at all! More details to come as we get closer.

We are going back to the Golden Lion in South Milwaukee, as they hosted us for the first few years we did this! We barely raised $1,000 that year and we increased that number EVERY year until going over $25K in year 8! We still want to raise money to kick some MS butt, but it will just be a bit different.
