WAGS Greenbelt, MD

WAGS Greenbelt, MD WAGS (Well-Wishers for the Animals of Greenbelt Shelter) is a non-profit, 501c3 organization which raises money for the City of Greenbelt Animal Shelter.

Founded in 2014, we raise money to help supplement the care of the animals at the shelter. We hold a number of fundraisers each year, such as bake sales and the spring kitten shower. Fundraisers in 2014-2015 raised money to renovate the shelter's cat rooms, buy platform beds for the dogs, and contribute to the shelter's medical fund, which provides for surgery and special medical treatments for an

imals who need them, We also hold monthly adoption events at the PetSmart location in Greenbelt, where people can meet and adopt some of the shelter animals.
