We're counting down to our virtual session with our girls this morning and cannot wait to have Jayanna, a teenpreneur, creative and artist share how she's using her gifts and talents to serve and beautify others.

Jayana Wood is a creative & artistic 16-year old henna tattoo artist who provides henna designs for individuals, parties, and special events. She is currently a sophomore student at Oxon Hill High School as a part of the STEM Program. She is a contributing writer for the school newspaper and the Drama club.
Jayana first entered the entrepreneurial arena as a youth author when she wrote her first book, Opening My Imagination, at age 9 and her second book, The Little Book of Youth Tips, at age 11. Jayana enjoys inspiring other youth to dream big, pursue their goals, and become global leaders.
She has been featured in The Baltimore Times, The Washington Informer, Fox 45 News, “Let’s Talk Live” News Channel 8, Prince George’s County Television, and numerous radio shows. She is the recipient of the 2016 Youthprenur of the Year Award and the 2014 Youthpreneur STAR Award.
