We hosted a Youth Entrepreneurship day in partnership with the DC Startup Week few weeks ago themed 'GENPRENEUR'. (Developing the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders and innovators). It was such an amazing event and experience for these young entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders. The day was filled with workshops for the girls on (Social Media, Public Speaking, How to go from an idea to implementation, a fireside chat with other girl bosses) to a parents workshop and panel session to a vendor marketplace of young female entrepreneurs to the grand finale, a PITCH COMPETITION. It was amazing seeing how many successful girl entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs with great innovative ideas were in the room. Thanks to our partners, sponsors and team for making this day possible.
