Wednesday, August 19th, Dress for Success Palm Beaches kicked off week three of our signature Road to Success Job Readiness Program with two inspiring speakers from Related Ross and the Related Ross Foundation, Brooke Watson and Danielle Bimonte.
Brooke and Danielle gave our participants an enlightening, engaging presentation on how to interview successfully, present yourself professionally, and navigate the job search process. They also shared valuable information about current employment opportunities and how participants can apply for open positions with Related Ross.

We are grateful to Brooke and Danielle for investing their time, knowledge, and expertise in our participants and helping them take another important step toward economic independence and career success.

Turning adversity into opportunity!

This past Saturday, August 15th, we officially kicked off our partnership with the Florida State University Jim Moran Institute and the University of Notre Dame’s UPBI network!

This intensive business bootcamp runs consecutive Saturdays through September 19th, focusing on the West Palm Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program (WPEAP). By continuously building our own leadership and business tools, our staff can better elevate the incredible women we serve right here in Palm Beach County!

At Dress for Success, we empower women to secure jobs and financial independence through our core programs:

• Road to Success Cohorts: Free workforce preparation and career development training.

• Boutique Styling: Complimentary interview attire and confidence-boosting personal styling.

• Professional Women’s Group (PWG): Ongoing monthly mentorship and career networking support.

🍎 Day 4 Summary: 200+ Teachers Served & Incredible Community Support! ✨

Today we are officially on Day 5 of our 5th Annual "Suiting Teachers for Success" Back-to-School Event (running July 23rd through August 1st), and we are thrilled to share that we have already styled and empowered over 200 amazing local educators! 📚🛍️

Yesterday was an especially unforgettable day at the boutique! We were honored to host the state-of-the-art Kathryn Krickstein Pressel Mammo Van, sponsored by Baptist Health South Florida, bringing critical healthcare resources and 3D screening accessibility straight to our site. Early detection saves lives, and we love taking care of the women who take care of our children! 🚌❤️

Brighton x Dress for Success Palm Beaches: 💕👜 Donate to Dress for Success Palm Beaches at Brighton and Get Up to $50 Off Your New Bag!

The annual Handbag Trade-In officially kicked off yesterday, July 24, and runs through August 9!

We are thrilled to partner with Brighton to advance our mission. At Dress for Success Palm Beaches, we focus on empowering local women with the tools, career attire, and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace.

To support our vision, Brighton is hosting this incredible drive. Our team spent yesterday at the West Palm Beach GreenMarket and today at the Mall at Wellington Green sharing our mission, and we are completely blown away by your community spirit and generosity so far! 🤝❤️

Brighton’s goal is to collect 15,000 handbags nationwide to help 15,000 women in need. From now through August 9, 2026, you can bring any gently used handbag to a Brighton store to be donated directly to Dress for Success Palm Beaches clients. Yesterday marked the official start of our 2026 Back-to-School Teacher Appreciation Event at Dress for Success Palm Beaches, and these past two days have been nothing short of magical. Our boutiques in Greenacres and Belle Glade have been buzzing with laughter, style, and empowerment as we provide local women school workers with a free personal shopping experience.
Watching these dedicated educators light up while putting together a brand-new professional outfit is exactly why we do what we do.
