Football season is here and we are all rooting for our team to win. Kids and adults alike are enjoying the cooler weather with a game or two outside, like these children in the photo.

Maybe you have memories captured at one of these locations, LNDV or Continental School. Consider sharing them to help out the historical society in their efforts.

Los Ninos del Valle was started in the 1970s and was located at the old Continental School.
If you have photos or memories of LNDV or Continental School, we'd love to hear from you! We're working on a historical marker for the school.

Who doesn't love a good pancake?! This community favorite is hosted by our local firefighters, the same folks brave enough to face the flames, and even braver to face a few hundred citizens ready to eat!

Standing Room Only: Sahuarita's State of the Town Draws a Record Crowd

Folks, we needed more chairs! This past Wednesday, more than 500 community members, business owners, and leaders packed the house for the Sahuarita State of the Town Luncheon. It was the biggest turnout in the event's history. Mayor Tom Murphy gave the crowd an update on what the Town has been up to and a peek at what's coming down the road. When more than 500 people give up a lunch hour to hear about the future of the community, you know they've got a stake in it.
