Fair entry sign up is now open!

Enter your projects from now until July 1st into the Green Lake County Fair! The deadline to enter is July 1st at 11:59pm and there are NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL entries MUST be done online; there will be no paper or faxed entries this year. We can’t wait to see what our community brings to the fair this year!

Our club window is all set up for June Dairy Days! Stop by the Caestecker Public Library to check out the display!

Oh my! How could I forget about the chickens in April! Our club members taught us about hatching and raising chickens. Afterwards members got to hold them. Cute and fluffy overload! Thank you Crystal and Lily for sharing!

Four of our members participated in Super Saturday this past week. They made pearler bead creations, Lego building challenges, lava lamps, diy stickers and cake pops. What a fun afternoon learning new things!

Today our club participated in a trail clean up along the Mascoutin Trail. Even though it was hot, the kids had a great time getting some exercise and hunting for trash. They also collected some fun treasures that we turned into a nature mandala.

The 2026 Project Enhancement Grant Application is open NOW through June 1st! Apply to receive up to $100 in a grant to take your fair project to the next level! Fill out the Google Form (link in comments!) to share about your project and how the funds will help improve your project learning!

Lillian taught our club about how to raise a pig to show at the fair. She shared the training and feeding techniques and some unique personality traits for each of her pigs! We are excited to see which pig she chooses to show at the fair!

Jonathon taught our club members how to nurse a baby kitten from 10 weeks old! Lots of night time feeding, cleaning and care taking. They now have a very happy healthy cat thanks to their dedication.

Our club members had a blast making candles at our May meeting! What a cool project using beeswax sheets. There were many creative designs.
