Hello Alumni Members:

It is that time again—time for the annual Alumni Banquet on March 30,2024—SAVE THAT DATE! Please notice that there are several changes this year.

- We will be having all events in the Old Gym.
- Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m.
- BUFFET luncheon will be at NOON.

The buildings will be open if you would like to roam the halls and reminisce. We are not going to transport the pictures of all the classes to the gym, in order to lessen the chance of damage to them.

This is the 70th Anniversary of the Alumni Association. It was started by the Class of 1954, and we will be acknowledging this fact.

VISITING is the main focus for this year. Feel free to roam around or sit at tables, but most importantly enjoy visiting with your classmates and others!! You won’t be rushed to leave by your bedtime!!!

We will be having a “SOCK-HOP”!! There will be music from the 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s (maybe more if younger alums attend). Dancing is encouraged but not mandatory!! You can just sit and visit with music in the background if you like.

Dues are $10 and the Meal is $10. If you are unable to attend but would like to send a donation (or dues) for scholarships, please mail to:

The Green Forest High School Alumni Association is planning to host the Annual Alumni Banquet on Saturday, April 16th.

Just a reminder we use the banquet proceeds to award scholarships to deserving seniors.

This is an event that has happened since 1954 and we cannot wait to see you there!

The Green Forest High School Alumni Association does not plan to have Alumni Banquet in 2021. We have weighed the prospects of what we know has happened during the past year with the Covid 19 virus and the unknown of what may come in the next few months.

We will miss the opportunity to share your lives since graduating but we would like to ask you to contribute to our scholarship fund. The Alumni Association would like to be able to help some Green Forest High School graduates with their future endeavors. It may make the difference between a Green Forest High School graduate going on to further their education, or not making the move to new academic and career opportunities, and the future those endeavors could bring.
