SSU Webinar: Planning Your Passage: Food Preservation, Pressure Canning on Board

Last chance join us tomorrow for a complementary webinar hosted by Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) for those interested in "Food Preservation, Pressure Canning On Board", presented by master canner and cruiser Behan Gifford (www.sailingtotem.com) and Joan Conover (SV Growltiger). Behan will share her trip across the Pacific, using newest ideas, Meals in a Jar, using a pressure canner, and setting up storage. Great ideas, with ideas for pre-planning and correct equipment.

Pressure Canning
-Great for passages
-Great for being in remote places, extending your provisions
-Really handy when you want dinner on the table, FAST, because you've been playing all day
